As a LUS Infinity auto-shipment program member, you are enrolled in an automatic shipment program. By enrolling in the auto-shipment program you are purchasing and agreeing to a minimum of two (2) shipments of the Products you purchase. Products will be shipped to you automatically at the shipping frequency which you select at the time of purchase. You may choose to have your Products shipped to you: (1) once per month; (2) once every two months; or (3) once every three months. LUS Infinity auto-shipment program discounts may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
A LUS Infinity auto-shipment membership may be canceled at any time after the required minimum of two (2) shipments has been completed and at least 5 business days before a scheduled renewal shipment. We will charge the payment to your default method of payment whether, credit card, provided by you upon your enrollment in the LUS Infinity auto-shipment program for the applicable products and/or services purchased via your LUS Infinity auto-shipment program account. We will also charge you for any applicable shipping charges as set out on our web page along with all applicable sales, value added, use or other taxes.
